Anti-inflammatorySeretide Accuhaler Diskus 250/50 mcg combines a medium dose of Fluticasone propionate 250 mcg with Salmeterol 50 mcg per inhalation, delivered via the Accuhaler dry powder device. It is suitable for maintenance treatment of moderate-to-severe asthma in adults and adolescents aged 12 and above, and for COPD management. The inhaled corticosteroid reduces chronic airway inflammation, while the LABA provides lasting bronchodilation, together reducing the frequency of exacerbations and improving lung function. This pack contains 28 doses and is used twice daily.
