Seretide Evohaler 50/25 mcg delivers a low dose of Fluticasone propionate 50 mcg combined with Salmeterol 25 mcg per actuation via a pressurised metered-dose inhaler (pMDI). This lower-strength formulation is appropriate for adults and children aged 4 years and above with mild-to-moderate asthma requiring combination inhaled therapy. The inhaled corticosteroid controls airway inflammation, while the long-acting beta-2 agonist prevents bronchospasm. The Evohaler contains 120 metered doses and is used twice daily to maintain optimal asthma control.
